Expense Pro Manager – Account and Data Deletion
β οΈ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
π±Option 1: Delete Through App (Recommended)
- Open the app and ensure you’re logged in
- Go to Settings (tap the Settings icon in bottom navigation)
- Scroll down to find “Delete Account” option
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Read the warning about permanent data deletion
- Type “DELETE” in the confirmation field
- Tap “Delete Account” to confirm

Success: Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
π§Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered email address and reason for deletion
Response Time: We will process your request within 7 business days
ποΈWhat Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- β All expense and income records
- β Account information and balances
- β Categories and subcategories
- β Budget data and savings goals
- β Currency settings and preferences
- β User profile and authentication data
- β All app settings and customizations

- β οΈ Irreversible: Account deletion cannot be undone
- π€ Export first: Save your data before deletion if needed
- π Timeline: Data permanently deleted within 30 days
- π Secure: Data is securely erased from our servers

- Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
- Deleted accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days
- Legal requirements: Some anonymized data may be retained longer if required by law
