- The 20-20-20 Rule : In every 20 minute Stare 20 Seconds to the objects that are away from 20 meters
- Decrease your monitor brightness
- Use adequate lighting lighting
- Wash your face every hour
- Sit 20-26 inch away from monitor
- Do not press too hard while using keyboard
- When typing keep wrists in neutral position
- Sit up straight

It's well worth making your set-up as adjustable as possible, in offices and at home. I'm well over six foot and my wife is only just over five foot; the same set-up obviously isn't going to work for both of us, nor is it practical to have one workstation each. An adjustable chair and monitor arm is essential for us.
